If your account is suspended, it’s most likely due to violation(s) of the terms of service agreement. When suspicious account activity is reported or discovered through our investigations, we’ll take the necessary steps to suspend or ban offending accounts. The most common of the reasons include, but are not limited to, use of unauthorized third-party software or methods, such as cheats, mods (modifications), hacks, scripts, unauthorized plug-ins and/or automation software, to modify or manipulate the game or its functionality; purchases from third-parties; and refund fraud (forced refunding through purchase services). This gains an unfair advantage over other players and is not supported by the game developers.
If you discover your account is suspended and you think it may have been wrongfully suspended, you may submit an appeal to our support/customer service team by sending an email to

Note: Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions in this server, as we (moderators, coordinators and community staff) are unable to assist with this in any way (we also do not have power to lift account suspensions), hence why we have a separate customer service department.
